Summary: The Executive Committee—through its Constitution & Bylaws Committee and a majority vote of the Executive Committee has proposed amendments to our Constitution and Bylaws. These proposals are posted for member review ahead of the December 2025 Section meeting, when adoption will be considered.

What’s Happening
The Constitution & Bylaws Committee, with majority approval of the Executive Committee, has advanced proposed updates to keep our governing documents clear, current, and aligned with Section operations.
How to Participate

- Send comments or questions to the committee chair (see below).
- Attend the December 2025 Section meeting to take part in the vote.
Voting Procedure
- Amendments may be adopted by a two-thirds affirmative vote of members present and voting at the meeting.
- Upon approval, the amendments take effect immediately.
- The revised Constitution will be distributed to all interested members who are current in Section dues.
