The section meeting on November 15 was well attended with standing room only for many members. The presentation was provided by Richard Wagner on behalf of Matt Penk, focusing on “State of the Union – DWU Capital Improvement Program.” Thank you to our regular sponsors and to Jacobs for providing the meeting space.
Due to popular demand, the speaker has graciously provided a copy of the presentation for anyone who missed out.

|Table Top Exercise Preview
The threat to our industrial control systems networks is real, dangerous, and growing. The networks used to optimize and operate our water infrastructure are often taken for granted due to the challenges of day-to-day operations and limited resources. Monitoring them and reacting to threats is critical for protecting water utility assets and operations whether the threat is simply a configuration issue, failing devices, or even a targeted adversary.
In this presentation, our panelists will discuss the value and types of exercises they are familiar with and then will participate in a live tabletop exercise and explore actual responses and best practices.
