John served the industry as the first Director of Arlington Water Utilities for most of his career and received the honor of having a water treatment plant dedicated to him in 1997. He received the George Warren Fuller Award in 1983, the AWWA Gold Water Drop Award for 50 years of membership, and numerous other recognitions. He will be greatly missed.
